A Federation Remodel

Location:  Mount hawthorn, Perth 

Client Brief: “Open the rear of the house to create a light space for the kitchen, living and dining with an undercover seating area to the rear. Add a car port to the front.”

To maximise space and light, the rear internal floor plan was opened out by knocking down walls and raising the ceiling heights. We created a fresh modern feel with seamless flow from the old to the new and out into the airy patio area whilst maintaining the traditional character of this beautiful federation home.
